2. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be notified via email at the address provided during checkout.
Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when the product is shipped.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. CircuitSouk is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments.
4. Shipping Policy
Shipping times are estimates only. CircuitSouk is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customers must contact [email protected] to initiate returns.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products unless otherwise stated. CircuitSouk acts solely as a retailer and does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
Customers must contact manufacturers directly for warranty claims after the return period has expired.

Unauthorized use of any Website content, including reproduction, modification, or republication without written permission is strictly prohibited.
