Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier schedules and customs processing for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Destination country

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  2. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items/packaging
  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order shipment may not be possible.
