Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.

The following items are exempt from refunds unless defective:

  • Opened headphones or earphones (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom keycap sets that have been removed from packaging
  • Software or digital products

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely with all original accessories and documentation
  3. Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International returns may be subject to import fees which are non-refundable

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective product or incorrect item:

  • Include photos/videos showing the issue (for projectors, smartwatches, and speakers)
  • We may offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on product availability

For high-value items like projectors and premium speakers, we may arrange for a technician inspection before approving the claim.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without the RA number
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers on our marketplace
  • Any item not in its original condition
